In the first round of the playoffs, the Lioneers invited local legendary band “Power Station” to perform their classic songs and interacted with the crowd; the concert was extremely well-received by the fans. In elimination game 5 of their playoff series vs. New Taipei Kings this week, the team also used smoke guns above the backboard whenever momentum-inducing played happened for the home team, further enhancing the excitement on the court. Lioneers ended up taking the W and is advancing to the P. LEAGUE+ finals where they will face reigning champion, Taipei Fubon Braves.
